*Stay clear if you need any rim repair* I’ve been strung along for a week about getting my wheel fixed. it had a small dent on the inner side. 1) Sunday 6/14 I called and asked if it can be done same day and how much. I was told yes we are 24 hour shop and can get it done it’ll be $150. I showed up and was told it’ll be 4-5 hours and it’s $250.. okay I guess. I paid the $120 deposit with cash. While waiting for a ride home I was in my car and the employee changing a tire next to me hit my car with the tire jack handle but I didn’t say anything. *wasn’t done in the 4-5 hour time frame* 2) Monday 6/15 I called in morning and no answer so I went in the afternoon and “habibi” was there and told me it’ll be a couple more hours so I left. *wasn’t ready in a couple hours and no call was answered* 3)Tuesday 6/16 I texted notifying I was picking up my car knowing nothing was done to it other than moved. Mind you it’s a Tesla and records everything and I could see them the entire time. I show up and ask for my car back and my refund and the initial employee who took my car and money didn’t recognize me or remembered my car and didn’t put up much of a fight about giving me my car back. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and had me back on the road faster than expected. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and made sure my tires were installed perfectly. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in their work. Best tire shop ever! best prices! Antonio and Mo helped me out of a pinch it was late night and had a last minute tire trouble and they got me in fast and with no issue, had plenty of options for what would help me best possible options.
